The GU Cast/APCCC Giveaway is back!!
That’s right, we are giving away three fully funded travel awards for aspiring prostate cancer specialists to attend the world’s top prostate cancer meeting. The Advanced Prostate Cancer Consensus Conference (APCCC) is a unique meeting which takes place every two years, in the beautiful lakeside town of Lugano in Switzerland. This year’s meeting takes place from 30th April - 2nd May 2026. Full meeting details here.
Similar to 2024, we are targeting senior trainees, or consultants within five years of qualification, to support their attendance at APCCC. And we are announcing the winners at our upcoming GU Cast Live Event on Sunday 15th March at the EAU Annual Meeting in London.

Who can enter?
Junior doctors, or consultants within five years of qualification are eligible. Anyone working in Urology, Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology, or Nuclear Medicine, who has a stromg interest in prostate cancer, is eligible
What is included?
Return flights, hotel accommodation and conference registration. You need to sort out your own visa etc if needed. The APCCC can help if you need a letter.
Do I have to be at the GU Cast Live Event to be eligible to win?
We will be announcing the winners at the GU Cast Live Event at the EAU Annual Meeting on Sunday 15th March, and for sure, the judges will award extra points for entrants who are planning to be at the event! We will ask you at the time of entry if you plan to attend. But we will also consider applicants who cannot attend EAU. So send us a video!!
